Our tallow is derived from organic, grass-fed and finished beef suet from pasture raised Angus cows on a small farm in South West Queensland. We use organ suet only as is it is the most nutrient-dense part of the cattle. We only source from one small family owned cattle farm to ensure our tallow is of the utmost premium quality and 100% free of hormones, chemicals and antibiotics.
